Happy Philippine Independence Day!

Today, The Republic of the Philippines Celebrates it's 111th year of Independence.

Under Emilio Aguinaldo, the revolutionary forces of the Philippines, on June 12th 1898 proclaimed the sovereignty and independence of the Philippine Islands from the colonial rule of Spain.
